Details: This Course is designed for those who have previously completed the 3-day Occupational First Aid Course. This 1-day Refresher Course must be completed to ensure that a trainee remains on the OFAAA register of Occupational First Aiders.*
Tutors: Registered as Occupational First Aid tutors with the OFAAA (Occupational First Aid Assessment Agency)
Examination: The exam consists of Practical and Written Assessments followed by a separate assessment on the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
* All Occupational First Aiders who hold a QQI Cert must re-certify ( i.e. complete a 1-day Refresher Course) every 2 years to ensure that they remain on the OFAAA register. If you don't refresh with 2 years, the Certificate expires and a full 3-day course must be completed again.
