A Health & Safety Plan outlines how a site is managed from start to completion to ensure the health and safety of everyone on that site. A Health & Safety Plan must be developed for the construction stage of every project. It is developed in association with the preliminary Health & Safety Plan prepared by the designer.
Under the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, it is a requirement to develop and implement a written plan which sets out how health and safety will be managed during the construction phase of any project.
We will meet you at the site ( usually a green-field site) and following consultation(s) we will prepare a Health & Safety Plan to ensure your company is compliant with the relevant legislation.
